Ms. Benoit has extensive experience in start-up ventures and finance management. She is a founding member of the portfolio management team which launched the first retail senior bank loan mutual fund: the Pilgrim Prime Rate Trust (NYSE: PPR). She was also part of the investment management team that developed, introduced, and launched a financial monitoring system and sales tracking tool to manage a loan portfolio in excess of $17 Billion. This streamlined processes and contributed to the company’s bottom-line profitability. She is a strategic thinker with the proven ability to keep abreast of industry trends while utilizing creative and innovative strategies in the fulfillment of corporate initiatives. Her strong analytical, leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills provided her with the knowledge and expertise to design, build and manage the day-to-day operations of two upscale restaurants in the Houston area, generating gross sales in excess of $2 million. Lenore Benoit attended The Forbes School of Business & Technology at Ashford University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and graduated Summa Cum Laude as an Honors College Fellow.
