My background as a pharmacist has provided me with the springboard to become a leader with a proven track record in all aspects of home delivery pharmacy. My focus has been on making certain that the practice of pharmacy is maintained at the highest level while also meeting the needs of both patients and plan sponsors. My passion is using my abilities to drive positive results that are in the best interests of all stakeholders. I have led improvements in real-time service to customers, quality improvements that have resulted in improved dispensing accuracy and process reviews and enhancements that have enabled the organization to take on increased volume without additions to our budget.Firmly believing in the value of people, I have stressed the support and development of the members of the pharmacist team as well as other members of the organization.
