HR Director since 1995, I am currently supporting the whole HR activities within the global Klöckner Pentaplast Linpac Group (plastic films). Previously I supported the HR Manager Role and Fonctions among others within Essity / SCA Group (2016-2019) Glatfelter Paper industry Group (2000-2015) developpping and implementing the Corporate and HR strategy and policies for the French plants.In addition to these responsabilities, as Europ HR Development Director (2008-2015), I had the opportunity to define the Talents acquisition, management and attraction stratégy and action plan. I managed the performance management topic, the cultural and motivation aspect, convinced that HR is the center of the business success.In Parallel, I am a self Employer as Professional Coach, helping the Companies and HR Teams for their development and success.
