DescriptifAs Talent Management & Personal Development Director Europe, I have supported our global paper Group in developping businesses and Teams. In a growing context (new acquisitions), I supported many initiatives to bring Talented People and Managers to enable our vision accomplishment. I provided talent management expertise to the senior management Team (Europe, Philippines). I contributed to the set up and development of all the Talent Mangement processes (Performance Management, Talent Management, Individual Development plans based on Lominger skills, sucession planning review and plan, Culture and Value management and training, Change management, Individual and Team Coaching) enabling the Group and Employees' success.

En charges de la définition de la stratégie RH du site, j'ai notamment travaillé pour établir des relations sociales (Comité d'entreprise, DUP - CHSCT) de qualité et supporté les autres volets de la mission RH tels que le recrutement, l'animation et motivation des équipes du site, la gestion et le suivi administratif des salariés (dont mise en place de SAP pour le volet RH), la partie budgets RH et annuels, , l'élaboration et suivi paie et rémunération, l'animation des compétences et formation continue. ce poste partie importante du comité de direction du site intervient aussi en support de développement et coaching des autres Directeurs du site. Des activités annexes 6S, amélioration continue et audit du system de management (ISO 9001-18001-BRC) sont en outre exercées. Enfin un reporting constant vers le siège Européen allemand et Corporate américain est réalisé avec la prise en charge de nombreux dossiers transverses Groupe (anglais -allemand courant).
