With a long and successful career rooted in technology and management consulting, Len has spent the last 20 years in financial services as a business executive within asset management and fintech. This professional pedigree enables Len, a collaborative, flexible, and adaptable leader, to plan, execute and deliver lasting business and technology solutions.Most recently, Len led the Client Services, Client Onboarding, and Data and Reporting Product teams for Clearwater Analytics, a SaaS fintech firm that provides data aggregation, performance, and reporting solutions. Len was a member of the senior management team hired to help lead the firm from private equity owned to IPO in September 2021.Throughout his 25+ year career, Len has held leadership positions in business, client, technology, operations, and risk management. More recently, he was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer with J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he worked for the US Equities and the Global Asset Solutions groups responsible for all non-investment-related activities. Len served in the same role for Bear Stearns and BNY Investment Management.
