As a Senior Account Manager, I am responsible for the maintenance and growth of our relationships with our large clients, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. My responsibilities include selling customized financial solutions to meet clients needs by, delivering the desired client experience during all interactions, using sales tools, proactively mine and cross-sell to their personal financial needs through thorough knowledge of the client's life cycle Minimize the Bank’s exposure to risk by adhering to compliance with regulatory activities and guidelines as part of the sales process, ensuring strict adherence to Bank security procedures, including retail lending policies, assigned authorities and limits; Have expert knowledge of regulatory compliance in relation to the sale of our products and services, storage of information and ongoing monitoring of customer relationship; specifically in relation to Know Your Customer requirements; Privacy, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing, Know Your Customer requirements, Occupational Health & Safety; Escalating fraudulent activities, unusual occurrences, issues /deficiencies/trends to the Branch Manager and/or Chief Compliance Officers and/or applicable Department as appropriate. Other competencies to the job:- Expert knowledge of applicable Branch technology platforms/systems - Expert knowledge of the Bank’s investment, deposit, retail lending, and transactional services, product features, benefits, and related pricing policies and procedures;- Expert knowledge of interviewing, solicitation and telemarketing techniques;- Expert knowledge of credit risk/adjudication policies and processes;- Expert knowledge of negotiating techniques

Develop and implement robust strategies which include financial advice, a client action plan and client contact strategy for all targeted market segments using sales and advice tools. Analyse applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goal. Build both internal and external networks to contribute to the community and capitalise on new business opportunities.
