PresidentPower Quality Concepts, Llc Aug 2005 - Jan 2010Designed and developed energy efficiency programs for both commercial and residential applications. Programs which promoted and taught others how to implement my concept of what I call “Total Facility Optimization”. A process/or methodology that can significantly reduce a facility’s electrical consumption by means of increasing the inductive load performance through optimization of its power consumption. My primary focus was to provide this system knowledge to those mechanical, HVAC and electrical contractors, and their technicians, who could best utilize this knowledge in order to provide their customers with proven energy efficiency solutions. Solutions that would considerably reduce electrical consumption and improve operational efficiencies within any given facility and at the same time are accomplished with an average ROI of 24 to 36 months. To expand these efforts on a national scale, I developed local governmental program that could provide this training and create more sustainable jobs on the basis of capitalizing on the emerging “GREEN” industries; as well as, meeting and being in compliance with recent State and Federal mandates and laws. This program was first implemented by St. Lucie County, Florida in June 2010 and is now being considered by other municipalities.

To continue my service to my Nation I accepted a new career change to become a SAC - Titan II combat missile commander that after 4 years lead me to my most rewarding assignments as a Plans and Programs officer for the Air Force Logistics Command. A truly rewarding and exciting assignment that entailed many duties that allowed me to developed my abilities and think out site of the box especially as it came to my duties that ranged from war plan development to new weapon system integration that included being one of the PMs for fiber optic system integration into such future weapon systems as the B-1 as well as its utilization for secure command and control communications systems. These experiences and vast technical training prepared me to assume even more rewarding opportunities as a civilian contractor overseas and here in the U.S.
