Len has held the position of Training Manager since she started with StaffRIGHT Solutions in January 2007. She took on the additional role of Recruitment Manager a year after. Currently, she is managing a team of trainers for Manila and the recruitment teams in Manila and Cebu.Her career in Training started in 2003 and since then has developed and mentored trainers, developed and facilitated a wide array of modules that have been used in-house and for our clients. Her modules of expertise include Communication Skills, Core Skills, Interaction Management, Training Needs Analysis, and Team Building.Len’s exposure in people development, recruitment and training includes being a Corporate Foundations Skills trainer for eTelecare Global Solutions. She was part of the team that standardized processes in facilitating the company’s new employee orientation. She was able to facilitate sessions such as Building Teams, HR Compensation and Benefits Orientation, and Organizational Structure.As the Training Manager, she supervises the creation of modules for various clients.
