As a Senior Scrum Master at a SaaS company, I've turned uncertainty into streamlined success for multiple teams, saving over 300+ hours of wasted time annually. I also introduced a sprint buffer to handle urgent production bugs without derailing sprint goals.Within four months, the team’s delivery consistency improved significantly, as one of my key achievements was to increase sprint goal completion from 70% to 90% by removing roadblocks and encouraging cross-functional collaboration. I also led the scrum team in adopting better estimation techniques, using story points to accurately gauge effort.
