We provide strong service guarantees for brands landing in the Southeast Asia e-commerce market.In here, my responsibilities are:- Do the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, conducted interview, interview scheduling with the user, build offering stage) for SEA candidates. - Talent Mapping- Hiring for several non-tech roles, from entry level – senior level candidate. - Sourcing from Job Ads, Job Portal, and approaching the passive candidates. - Engage with several respective business unit lead regarding the hiring plan and hiring progress.- Supporting regional HR in SEA for talent mapping, recruitment planning, and recruitment process- Supporting employer branding and first day onboarding projects
