•Handles the company’s group buying website-content writing,lay-outing, photo selection and uploading through CMS, scheduling of special deals and promotions•Coordinates with group buying website partners •Updates the social networking website accounts of the company•Prepares the content of the email promotions/ newsletters regarding the special packages/ deals being offered• Looks and arranges for channels (online, events etc.) to promote company’s services and products

•Prepares and checks communication and promotional materials to be sent to existing and potential clients•Monitors the company’s sales and promotions•Checks the competitor’s rates and promotions•Maintains department’s contract materials and special deals documents•Communicates with new hotels to be affiliated and promoted in company’s website and offline market•Assists in setting-up appointments for the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Manager and other Marketing Officers•Coordinate with other departments for Sales and Marketing Team’s materials/ equipments•Research on potential projects for company’s business development
