Dream for Life Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides children living in poverty-stricken communities with sustainable education. As a teacher trainer, my main roles and responsibilities:- Conduct an assessment and identify teachers’ strengths and weaknesses.- Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience including improved curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom management techniques.- Delivered teacher development training in 14 areas across Indonesia by designing and creating training materials, including training videos, a teacher's guidebook, and up to 15 training presentations.- Identify potential community targets, through my referrals, the number of targeted communities has grown by 44%.- Monitoring teachers' performance and providing feedback and advice on a monthly basis.

RevoU is an online education platform that teaches the skills needed to advance in the tech industry. My experience and responsibilities as a digital marketing associate include:- Completed 8 practical assignments in Meta and Google Paid Ads, SEO, content marketing, organic social media, data reports using Looker Studio, landing page creation & CRM.- Created paid ads on Meta ads & Google Ads, which successfully generated 22 leads in 10 days

- Mentored and guided 10 groups of project management by Dreamdelion, resulting in 2 groups achieving a position in the top 10 out of a total of 60 groups that joined the competition.- Led one exceptional group to secure the 2nd position.

Dreamdelion is a Non-Government-Organization that focuses on community empowerment. I am involved in one of Dreamdelion's client pilot projects that aims to improve financial inclusion and develop MSMEs in subsistence groups from several areas in Indonesia.My role in this pilot project :- Plan and coordinate with implementing partners from each area.- Designed and facilitated training programs for trainers across 8 MSME groups. In total, 21 training sessions covered various topics, including project initiation, financial inclusion, business development, and institutional development.- Implemented a community development program for a client's pilot project targeting 8 groups of MSMEs.

Caterpillars Montessori is a school for 2 – 6 year-old children that provide a traditional Montessori program with a complementary focus on the “whole child”. The Montessori program helps children to be independent learners who take charge of their own educational experience, thus enabling a smooth transition from and to different educational systems as they mature. My core responsible as a preschool teacher is observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment. My role in Caterpillars Montessori also developing curriculum and lesson plans, independent learning exercises, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.

Yayasan Peduli Autisme Bali is an institution that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Yayasan Peduli Autisme serving various needs of therapy, and provide education for children with special needs and learning difficulties. My responsibility in Yayasan Peduli Autisme Bali is to conduct the assessment, therapy, and evaluation of the behavioral therapy for special needs children.

1000 Guru Malang is a non-profit organization that focuses on improving rural education and committed to alleviating poverty by providing improved access to education and empowering local communities. The main objective of this organization is to encourage children, cultivating hopes that everything is possible. We target children who come from low-income families to continue their study and believe in their dreams. My role in 1000 Guru Malang is to manage and design core programs in organization, monitor the program implementation and create program that concern to develop community. Some of programs such as:1. Traveling and TeachingTraveling and Teaching (TnT) is a three-day program that allows volunteers to visit a range of beautiful places and teach primary school students in remote areas. I conducted 3 TnT events that already implemented in East Java area (Bayuwangi, Jember, and Tulungagung).2. Teaching and GivingA one-day program that invites volunteers to teach and donate school supplies (books, backpacks, uniforms) to orphanages or disadvantaged schools. 3. Stasiun Baca 1000 GuruStasiun Baca is a special program that I invented to support literacy and increase student interest in reading. This program provides mobile library in Malang Area.

Pradnyagama is a firm of leading business psychologists specializing in serving various needs of training, recruitment, therapy, and school for children with special needs and private consultations. I’ve got a chance to be a teacher’s assistant at Pradnyagama. My role is to observe and helping children who need extra support to complete tasks and supporting teachers in managing class behavior.
