I began my career in retailing as a commissioned sales person. I moved into store management, retail marketing and purchasing for several companies. My professional goal was to combine my experience in retailing, which focused on customer service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer retention, and my education. Upon the completion of my MBA, I directed my attention to academia, as I desired to use my professional background to teach fashion marketing and management.
