Leo graduated in Industrial Design in 2000, in Brazil, and with over 25 years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, and Creative Direction. He was an important mentor for our company, encouraging the construction and direction of our foundations. Even before moving to America in 2015 to take over the leadership of our Design team, Leo was supporting as a creative collaborator for our company, having participated in many projects over the years.His experience in the operational field and his privileged strategy view makes Leo an outstanding professional who can work at every stage of the creative process. Including, in some cases, as an account executive with some clients in Brazil and the USA.Leo has extraordinary design skills. He can quickly adapt to many different market segments without losing quality and technique: Corporate, Sports, Promotional, Apparel, Nourishment. From popular to sophisticate. Also, he has a broad understanding of Brazilian, Latin, and North-American culture, becoming unique in his role.More than a leader, Leo is an encourager and visionary. Also, he’s working on a collection of short stories called “12” and the sequence of “A Bird’s Eye View - Volume 2”.Leo builds his narratives in different layers of depth. Sometimes in a subtle way, sometimes not so much, but always filled with emotions and feelings. The author seeks, in this way, to maintain the connection with his readers (co-author, as he used to say) through philosophical and existential metaphors, using elements of fantasy, realism, and perception.Born in Rio de Janeiro, he currently lives in the mountains of northern California, near to the charming and mystical Mount Shasta, with his wife Carolina, his two sons Erick and Ryan, and Dusty, his dusty dog.
