Following a company re-org to maximize Weeve's long-term potential, I've taken a Growth role, to maximize Weeve's footprint across Canada and across industries.

Weeve is on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric cars throughout Canada.We offer flexible electric car rentals, for commercial and delivery fleets, taxis, passenger transport (Uber, EVA), food delivery and individuals.

I interview the most amazing athletes to understand how they became the best in the world, and most importantly, what drives them to stay at the top!

- Manage regional business development initiatives and generate new qualified leads from local intelligence and regional networks (Airshow, marketing events, sales events, etc…) - Identify new opportunities with current and prospective customers as well as a clear strategy to convert them.- Engage client with targeted outreach. Establish strong customer relationships and maintain positive customer experience throughout the sales process.- Analyze market data provided by headquarter and implement strategy to recognize new sales opportunities.

- Support Business Aircraft sales team (Learjet, Challenger, Global aircraft) in Western Europe and Latin America- Facilitate Sales Directors' work throughout the sales process (Proposal, Letter of Intent, Net Yield creation and approval...)- Internally gather information related to manufacturing, aircraft specifications, engineering, marketing and other fields to help Sales Directors from Prospect Identification to Purchase Agreement signature- Be the point of contact for customers when they are in Montreal (plant visit, aircraft viewing...)

- Support Business Aircraft Services Sales team worldwide in specific pitches, campaigns and discussions with our clients- Focused on the International Sales team (Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania)- Train the Customer Services Sales force on new products, services and sales strategies- Prepare technical analysis for all aspects of Customer services (Avionics upgrades, Connectivity, CMS, Interiors...)

- Analyzed data to establish requirements for new aircraft design (competitors analysis, customers’ requirements, new technologies, data management, etc.)- Gained deep knowledge on aircraft systems and design- Developed computer programs for marketing analysis
