My Name is Leo Carrasco and I am a Senior at UTSA pursuing a Batchelor’s in Business Management. My passion is in the fitness industry, and I am looking forward to owning a fitness facility one day. I have some experience in multiple different jobs within fitness. I've been a personal trainer, I've done sales for training, and I've been personal training leader. Which is basically a beginner management position of all trainers. I represent work ethic, respect, and humanitarian/communication skills. This brand persona is what I believe creates success in individuals. I am currently looking for a beginner level internship where I can really hone my skills in the art of business management. I have been involved in management positions my whole life and I am confident in the experience I have already earned. I believe that leading/managing others through empowerment is much more positive and effective than a traditional authoritative/Machiavellian management style. Whoever decides to give me an internship position will not be disappointed, as I always find a way to deliver results and my work ethic is impeccable.
