- Responsible for the design or manufacturing engineering activities associated with rectification task to be performed on aircraft airframe or structures, aircraft systems and/or components in compliance with costumer approved technical references or documentation and relevant airworthiness requirements.- Carries out design or manufacturing engineering activities to meet costumer requirements for the repair or modification of aircraft systems or components.-Ensure all design work complies with all regulatory and relevant airworthiness requirements.-Timely performance of design activities, as assigned.

- Creates 3D model and 2D drawing of injected plastic to be use in the design of various molds.- Designs checking fixtures use in determining if the components produced in the production line pass the quality criteria required.- Supervise day to day operation of Tooling Department. Making sure establish standards are observed and schedules are followed.- Coordinates with customers, suppliers, and others departments or any concern parties with regards to on-going projects a developments.- Reports directly to the president regarding projects development and matters relating to the department’s activities.

- Creates 3D model and 2D drawing of injected plastic components, and blow mold products used in the design of various molds.- Reverse engineers various mechanical equipment and components for different applications, which include industrial, military, medical, and other civil works. - Prepares shop drawings use in the fabrication of whatever components required.- Designs custom made specialized equipment for civil and military use primarily made of sheet metal and structural extruded metal profile.- Prepares and layout nesting drawing for laser cutting, water jet cutting and turret punch press machining. And unbends form sheet metal parts to it’s flatten sheet layout.- Creates weldment drawing and instructions for shop floor references.- Coordinates with sales departments and costumer regarding design matters- Maintain and update project files and documentations.

- Creates 3D model and 2D drawing of precision injected plastic components used in the design of plastic injection Molds.- Design Plastic Injection Mold with consideration of minimal possible cost, shortest possible lead time, with the highest quality standards.- Prepares shop drawings use in the fabrication of highly precise Plastic Injection Mold parts and components.- Handles and supervise a group of seven Mold Designers engage in drawing and modeling jobs.- Works and coordinates closely with Mold Fabrication and Mold Assembly Teams in all steps of mold making.- Updating of mold and parts drawings after modification and repairs.Responsible in the request of all standard parts and required materials for mold making.- Registers all approved drawings to QA for proper control- Prepares DFM

- Designs custom kitchen equipment such griller ovens,fryers and others for various hotels and restaurant local and abroad. We cater costumers such as the JOLIBEE groups, YUM groups, and hotels and restaurants located locally reaching up to the middle east, china, africa, europe, and the USA- Designs kitchen equipment for various hotels, restaurants and culinary schools for both local and abroad.- Prepares flatten drawings of sheet metal parts for NCTPP reference.- Conducts and supervise Research and development for new equipment designs, and or current designs to improve on it.- Coordinates closely with field technician/installer.- Coordinates with costumers regarding equipment specifications in accordance with their requirements.

- Create 3D models of mechanical components base on costumer request and specification.- Design the mechanical component’s Parting Line, constructs Injection Die Mould Structure base on the 3D model and Parting Line, and prepares CNC CAD/CAM program using Space E CAM, deciding the type of tools to be assign on specific level of cutting (i.e. roughing, medium finishing, finishing, etc.) and cutting conditions.- Design EDM cutting electrode.- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings used for production reference as step by step instructional manual.- Coordinates with CASTEM Japan Head Office regarding design matters, and concerning modifications and deadline schedules.- Supervise closely the fabrication and assembly of the Injection Die Mould making sure that it meets all the quality standard set.- Check and evaluate the finished products base on the design drawing.

- Create technical drawings/plans for production reference using AutoCAD 2006 of various Sheet Metal products and components- Create detailed 3D model of products before actual prototype fabrication. - Creates NC Turret Punch Press NC CAD/CAM programs for Sheet metal fabrication using CADMAC 2000.- Evaluates and interprets costumer design and desired specification and then creates preliminary design drawing adapting our production capability, machinery and equipment for proposals and quotations. - Precision jig design and fabrication.- CAD data organization and management.- Performs others technical I. T. and clerical works.
