-Initiated and motivated Global business and Developing team to launch the Poizon Global Project in May 2020. -Expanding Alibaba's international business segments including Lazada in Southeast Asia, Aliexpress in Russian and Europe, Daraz in South Asia, Trendyol in Turkey, Taobao Overseas, Taobao Taiwan, etc. - Constructed Lazada's Voyager system, consist of e-commerce centralized system, seller platform, recruitment system, metrics of marketing product, supply chain system, etc. Ensured system is capable to adapt any country in the world.-Integrated e- commerce system of Aliexpress, Trendyol Daraz etc., constructed global centralized system to streamline international business.

Lazada, the largest e-commerce website in Southeast Asia, was wholly acquired by Alibaba in 2017. In March 2018, Peng Lei, the former CEO of Ant Financial, assumed the position of CEO of Lazada. -Transforming Lazada business model from first-party operation to Marketplace; As result, DAU and GMV improved several times after technical reconstruction. -Motivated more than 200 tech developer from BU participated in Lazada website reconstruction project. -After closed development in stages including data migration and traffic cutting, Lazada systems were replaced by Ali technology systems within 6 months. -Launched the Lazada Shenzhen Global R&D Centre from scratch, ensured technical team growing from 15 to 350 within 8 months. Managed daily R&D process of the technical team, which streamlined and assured the rapid growth of international business.-Completed the Voyager development project , created a solid foundation for Lazada's global business innovation and transformation.-Followed up and implemented dozens of projects such as wireless terminals, marketing product matrix, e-commerce centered life cycle, etc. Upgraded Lazada buyer/sellers’ experience. -Created highest record of order volume and GMV in China's e-commerce festivals: September 9th, Double Eleven, and Double Twelfth. -Completed the migration of South Asian e-commerce platform, Daraz, and Singapore's largest e-commerce platform Redmart, to Voyager technology cycle, expanded Ali's international business territory.

-As technical director of the merchant business department, created new retail offline store solutions, including intelligent store with intelligent distribution process, product selection and passenger flow. Achieved intelligent customer management scenarios by interacting with goods,buyers and markets. -Integrated all merchant-related business systems of Ali e-commerce department including Taobao, Taobao App, and Tmall. Constructed and defined the relationships between stores, pictures, open platforms, service markets, merchant marketing platforms, Qianniu merchants’ workbenches, customer service workbenches, and an Open e-commerce cloud work platform named Jushita etc.

-Served as the technical director of Alibaichuan, responsible for establishment of Alibaichuan's technical system; presided over product development project of open SDK, Baichuan multimedia Cloud, TAE(Taobao app engine), OPENIM and other technical products.

-Participated in Taobao platform development group, responsible for constructing Taobao user center, trading center, commodity center.-lnitiated the IOE process, and responsible for double eleven e-commercial festival's stability, performance optimization, and distributed tech-structure upgrade. -Served as the leader of Taobao big client store since 2011, in charge of store decoration system, third-party designer open system, decoration SDK, decoration market and other project development. -Since 2013, served as the technical leader of TAE (Taobao app engine) and committed to making TAE the best domestic application engine service.
