- Outreaching and working with various partners to execute High school and Middle school programs in various school sites, such as college access, financial literacy, vocational schooling, and career readiness.- Working alongside CEO assisting in applying for grants, completing grant reports for partnering organizations, and helping expand our program to other parts of Contra Costa.

- Managed two middle school club sites with 50-60 students and parent hubs for predominantly Spanish-speaking parents and students in low-income communities.- Worked closely with a group of 30-50 students with partnering schools to provide mentorship, assistance with homework, and create academic plans to support students that are at risk of failing.- Performed administrative duties such as calling parents, sending out invoices, program planning, and creating programs for the whole Contra Costa community online.

- Attended various grant writing workshops and researched foundations that would fit the organization's mission statement. - Worked closely with the Executive Director and successfully applied for and received a grant to continue our LGBTQ+ work.
