- Manage sales and marketing of Instrumentation & Control Products/Services- Management coordination in sales and marketing with various I&C/Automation Companies - ABB, Honeywell, Eurotherm, Rockwell Automation, Schneider, Siemens, etc...- Sales & marketing for I&C services : system integration, installation & commissioning, repair and maintenance, consultation & Training

- Responsible for the overall achievement of specific assigned objectives in his department/division related to demand, sales, receivable, human resources and overall management.- Plans the work for his department effectively and organizes department resources to meet his objectives.- Implements plans and controls actual performance taking appropriate corrective action, if necessary.

- Maintain and develop business with existing customers in the area assigned to him by the Sales Supervisor or the Sales Manager and further prospect selling to open accounts not in conflict with others- Plan the coverage of the area in the most effective and economic manner.- Report coherently, with speed and economy of words on a day to day activities, customer installations, prevailing or changing business trends, customer complaints or satisfaction, competitor’s activities. - Prime objective will be met when sales in the assigned accounts by total, rate, and product mix equate or exceed the forecast prepaid for the targets set for the accounts

- Assist the Sales Supervisor & the Sales Manager in the following activities: a. Gathering of specific data and information needed for Sales Inventory, Planning and Control; b. Assist or represent the Sales Supervisor/Manager in his capacity in activities such as Trade Shows and Exhibits as the need arises; c. Assist the Sales Supervisor/ the Application Engineer in keeping track of the min/max volume of tools need by the Sales Engineers such as catalogs, forms, etc.- Assist the Sales Engineers in the following activity: a. Quotation preparation for all the requirements and phone inquiries of the provincial branches b. Make representation to the customer in the absence of the Sales Engineer as the need arises
