Bespoke Services is a niche project advisory service that assists a number of organizations across a broad range of sectors. The company supported Aspen Medical and its efforts during the COVID pandemic. This included the provision of specialized staff to provide program management services. These services included:- support to cruise ship operations in Japan and the US- establishment of 158 General Practice Respiratory Clinics (GPRCs) through metropolitan, regional and remote Australia in order to support the testing and vaccination of Australians during the pandemic- establishment of a successful vaccination program in every PHN in Australia for aged care and disability recipientsPrior to this, Leo was responsible for Aspen Medical being the first commercial organization to achieve Emergency Medical Team (EMT) accreditation. Bespoke services also was responsible for the Program Management of the first commercial medical organization to support to the WHO and UNFPA in Iraq in 2017 - 2018. This included staffing and running three trauma hospitals and two maternity hospitals in the vicinity of Mosul as well as medical support tasks in other parts of the country for 15 months. Some 48,000 patients were seen during this time before the program was successfully handed over to the Health Department in Nineveh.

Aspen Medical was contracted by the Australian Government to run an Ebola Treatment Centre near Freetown, Sierra Leone in November 2014. At the same time, Aspen worked with PAE to run four Ebola Treatment Units in Liberia. In June 2015, the UK Government awarded Aspen Health Care Solutions the contract to run the Kerry Town Treatment unit in Sierra Leone.
