During my position at AllPorts, I developed my general technical skills further by dealing with day-to-day issues that were encountered, along with developing my social skills and confidence in myself.Skills retaining to the deployment of a new system were also developed, with the introduction of Microsoft Intune to the business to help manage mobile device inventory effectively.To aid in boosting the reach of the business, I created ad campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, alongside designing content for such outlets to help create brand awareness, and to reach out to the target demographic.
