Prepare and arranged all customer orders using Insta-shop app platform.Support pharmacist to prepare require customer orders.Assist and support customers to get an approval from insurance department under prescription medicine.Answering all calls from customer from customer inquiry and give customer service satisfaction.Ensures to reach the target given by the manager for a daily basis.Product merchandising and ensures the stock availability.Responsible for monthly inventory and monitoring the missing fast items and create order to purchasing team.Support preparation team to complete the order thru entering the orders in system and ensures it’s properly packed.Guide and advised all delivery team to ensure that the order will reached to customers on time and No delays.
