-- Initiates Artwork Requests on behalf of assigned market(s)-- Ensures attributes (system metadata) are correct, and ensure all relevant regulatory documents are included and routed-- Reviews proofreading report from artwork center and resolve any technical formatting questions or errors; Performs any necessary proofreading of final printed artwork against editor’s copy using appropriate tools-- Tracks and communicates final approved labeling to list of relevant departments and stakeholders following final market review and signoff-- Identify appropriate Market Approvers for packaging artwork and electronically route for approval using ePalms lifecycle management.-- Interact and follow up with all Market Approvers, as needed, and address regulatory content issues as they arise during the approval process.-- Maintains and communicates list of relevant stakeholders and market contacts for assigned product portfolio and/or markets; communicates appropriate contacts with external vendor

Worked in prepress team as a supervisor for two years and have been working as production artwork supervisor for another two years. Distribute daily work from CS department to artsits. Supervise the working progress to ensure on-time delivery as well as qunlity control. Trouble shooting for questions or concerns raised up by artist or CS team. Organize training for the team, such as department SOP training for new comers, Style Guide training when there is new account, etc. Interview and recruit new artist.
