Serve the Bank on different Technology areas with several roles and responsibilities, including , Implementation & Solution Design, Midrange Platform Operation Management and e-Infrastructure team. The latest one was mainly contributing in the area of ISD team in Asia Pacific Region as a system engineer to deliver many projects for Global Market Banking business. Also, I was proactively identify potential audit issue on the bank systems and provide the corrective action plans. Furthermore, I assume responsibility for the deputy to lead a team and perform the delegated tasks during my manager absences, making crucial decisions to maintain business operations with minimal impact in a high pressure environment.

Managed system and network infrastructure and handled all technical support on existing network system, database system and web-based application system. And I also developed some monitoring system, disaster recovery planning and security system to fulfill of corporation clients, such as: SHKP, Shun Tak Holdings Limited, Kai Shing Management Services Limited, Fourseason Hotel, etc. In several latest projects, I supervised the works in the area of system and networking, conducting system design, analysis and development. Moreover, I coordinated with the Project Manager to manage the resources and project schedule.

Handled all implementation and administration of several kinds of systems. Delivered oral and written presentations to sales and technical staffs in order to support them presenting the products to potential clients.
