Leo Fox is a Managing Director in the Strategy and Transactions group at EY. In this role, Leo advises corporations and private equity funds throughout the transaction lifecycle. His experience includes due diligence, post-transaction consulting, and sell-side readiness support.Leo is experienced in a number of industries including distribution, software/technology, diversified industrial manufacturing and consumer products. Leo has performed procedures on a number of global companies, and is knowledgeable in both GAAP and IFRS. Prior to joining the Strategy and Transactions group, Leo was a member of Assurance Service with EY.Before joining EY, Leo worked for Bose Corporation in a number of roles in both Michigan and in Florida. His primary responsibilities included managing a number of high volume retail locations and managing the launch of new retail opportunities throughout the US.Leo holds an accounting degree from Oakland University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also an active member of both the AICPA and the FICPA.
