• Possess License to Lead Certification.• Manage and coordinate launch activities to assure Quality and Productivity in Assembly.• Train team members through VFF, PVS, and O series to ensure line readiness for SOP. • Confirm PDMs, CAD data, and standard work for SOP.• Work with Logistics to establish lineside rack and part readiness.• Track delivery of tools, Jigs, and fixtures. • Support team members with line builds utilizing process knowledge and problem-solving skills.• Update daily tracking reports and maintain quality feedback loops to ensure quality of vehicle. • Maintain clear communication loops with all support groups and maintain them throughout all phases of launch. • Coordinate requirements for TVP and P2L with Technical Change Management to ensure line readiness for SOP.• Communication and support with other departments such as Pilot hall, Logistic, Planning, Industrial Engineers and maintenance.• Ensure that specific projects are met on monthly basis (i.e. hazard communication, protection form blood borne pathogens, hearing conservation,• Identify and avoid waste within processes and operation to establish lean manufacturing• International Travel to Mexico and Germany for training purposes for 2015/2021 Electric model • Daily input of data such as production information and concerning issues on everyday basis• Formulate lean process improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Redesign Ideas etc.

Daily inspection of machinery and equipment. Open communication with different departments such as production control, maintenance, shipping and external man power support. Responsible over training matrix on rail yard, training of new operators over different machinery and new standards of production, unloading and delivering of raw goods with direction of area in need.

Responsible over team member’s daily communications on safety, quality, productivity and waste on a daily basis during a pre-shift meeting. Knowledge on SAP, daily production input as well as team members payroll, attendance and disciplinary history and records. Lead a week long lean event in order to identify waste with in a process and implemented new standards to improve the output of the machinery and equipment.
