-Responsible for the sourcing, qualification, costing, supplier management, contracting and total cost management of the discretionary component spend by the company.-Provide guidance to the organization on the sourcing strategy and communicate to the global commodity organization and others as required. - Develop, communicate, and execute the forward growth strategy for all suppliers categorized as strategic.-Establish performance objectives and associated metrics for the Sourcing Group (Sourcing Quality Engineers & Metrology Engineers).
