Make and implement the sourcing strategy for machining parts, plastic parts, rubber parts, C-parts, belt, bearing and lock etc.Identify the cost reduction opportunities and execute the CoDo project.

Make and implement the sourcing plan for traction motor, traction motor components and gearbox.Take responsibilities for the localization for some traction motor components (casting parts, forging parts, machining parts and sheet metal parts etc.).Make the work target for team members and evaluate their performance.
