Google Partner Innovation is a multi-disciplinary expert team in Google, specializing in usingemerging technology (such as AI/ML, AR) to enable strategic partnership, brand breakthrough and business innovation for Google and its top business partners in APAC. ⠀⠀⠀• Led the AR design from concept to implementation, fostering team consensus and securing stakeholder support for design strategy, resulting in Google's decision to feature the project in its Beijing office permanently.⠀⠀⠀• The launch event achieved a 2X engagement rate: 3.84M Weibo trend impressions, 35K social engagement, and 332K video view in 2 days.

Verily, formerly Google Life Sciences, is Alphabet's research organization devoted to collecting, organizing, and activating health data for people to enjoy healthier lives. As the first & sole UX representative in the China office, I’m leading design and research, from concept to launch, for the following projects:⠀⠀⠀• Orchestrated the collaboration with 30+ cross-functional & cross-country stakeholders to design a cross-platform solution, encompassing end-to-end workflows for 7+ user roles, from the ground up, within 9 months.⠀⠀⠀• Established a design system to increase efficiency & scalability and collaborated with US teams to align the design language globally.⠀⠀⠀• With an intuitive & streamlined workflow, the first study that ran on this platform was completed 2 months ahead of schedule (which is also a company-wide OKR.)

Our team's mission is to create products and businesses that make life-changing medicine happen.⠀⠀⠀• Launched an NLP-driven search engine for unstructured patient data across 40+ sites.⠀⠀⠀• Conducted contextual inquiries to evaluate assumptions, uncover users’ underlying patterns, and inform the design iterations of the search engine.

Partnered with GE Healthcare to build the Next Generation Imaging Platform for radiologists.⠀⠀⠀• Led the redesign of a 10-years-old admin portal for GE’s PACS (Picture Archive and Communication System) platform. ⠀⠀⠀• Led the redesign of the gesture interface of a mobile image viewer.
