We established a concept for offshore sea farming of the Norwegian coast and potentially in the South China Sea. The concept was to convert ships/ship-tankers into fish farms. The production would be environmentally friendly, in closed and controlled environments at sea/offshore. This would contribute to a sustainable production of maritime food.It would extend the life of older vessels, by adapting the vessel to new class rules for e.g. FSO (Floating Storage Offshore) or FPSO (Floating Production and Storage Offshore). Further, re-use of the vessel's own systems on board, with new opportunities for energy supply with wind power, solar cells and/or electricity cable from land/platform. We planned to utilise the use of local labour from the local community to the greatest extent possible. Alternatively, also be able to cover strategic emergency functions in coastal communities in a disaster scenario. (landslide, flood, fire, pollution, etc.) Unfortunately, we did not manage to establish sufficient equity and solid investors.

Rare Earths Norway AS is working to open an underground mine at the Fen Carbonatite Complex located in Vestfold and Telemark County, Norway. The complex is the remaining part of a volcano which was active 580 million years ago. The carbonatite is enriched of rare earth minerals - typical neodymium.These minerals are crucial for the green transition in Norway and Europe. They are parts in supermagnets to electric cars, windmills, defense technology and many other imporant products. Europe are not self-supplied of these rare eart minerals.

Business sectors were innovation, marketing & sales, engineering, design, product development, project management, mechanical production, advanced welding, testing and oilfield services. The markets were the offshore-subsea oil & gas industry, the maritime industry and the sector for renewable energy technology.

Responsible for technology, business development, strategy and commercialization, budget and HR management. Ensure cooperation and coordination with the production facility.
