▣ Hold full operational accountability for both commercial and residential components of 6,000 square feet, multi-million-dollar luxury property.▣ Responsible for end-to-end property management functions, including resident relations, facility security/maintenance, and oversight of contracted services.▣ Collaborate with President and the Board of Directors with respect to overall business operations. Identify and address areas in need of improvement, and recommend measures to increase ROI.▣ Administer budgets, create reports, allocate resources, andensure compliance with industry and corporate standards.▣ Function as a hands-on leader. Mentor and coach to conciergesresulting in increased employee morale and productivity. ▣ Manage and maintain positive relationships with residents ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and overall improved resident relations.▣ Utilize creative advertising, professional networking, and excellent resident relations skills to maintain properties at high capacity with low turnover--99% occupancy rate.▣ Oversee property improvement projects. Partner with contractors, building owners, and stakeholders to ensure on- time completion.▣ Interface with legal and finance departments as well as third-party vendors as required.▣ Maintain databases of resident contacts.▣ Support residential property sales by performing research and analysis and participating in bidding and proposal development process.
