Oversees Cloudnative product development at EDB where we fully embrace Kubernetes as a platform and are leading the charge in scaling Postgresql in the Cloud. My team consist of founders and maintainers of the Cloudnative-pg opensource project (https://cloudnative-pg.io/) and a lean group of highly competent engineers that are responsible for commercializing innovations from the opensource community for EDB. Leading platform innovations creating portable libraries, low-code frameworks and micro-services to maximize reusability and speed to market.Trailblazing AI augmentation at Mercer, put in production Mercer’s first digital assistant using Ionic (a javascript based framework for building hybrid apps powered by Angular and Apache Cordova) and open source NLU technology. Adopting modern open source AI frameworks such as Keras/Tensorflow, sciki-learn and RasaNLU to produce a wide ranges of classification, regression and deep learning models to derive business insights leveraging Mercer data.

• Debug and maintained the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration System, which is a Java EE based web application with spring/hibernate persistence layer and Oracle/DB2/SqlServer backend layer, running on JBoss, WebSphere and WebLogic servers.

• Developed sophisticated web applications using JAVA, JSP, Oracle, XML, XSLT, STRUTS, STRUTS 2, WebWork, ANT, CVS, JUNIT and Hibernate.• Maintained existing legacy applications. Modifying legacy applications to work with new technology.
