This is the beginning of my path to following my dreams of being a successful restauranteur, opening unique and loved restaurants around the world.

Training as a hospitality supervisor at one of London's most well known and established Brazilian buffet restaurants, El Vaquero Mill Hill along with Smarttraining and Recruitment.

I worked for 2 years as a hospitality team member at El Vaquero Mill Hill, one of London's most well known and established Brazilian concept restaurants. I have a huge passion for the business and through my passion I delivered exceptional service to customers and came a drive to further broaden my skills in hospitality to follow my dreams to being a restauranteur.

I am an event and portraiture photographer and have been providing a professional service for 3 years; photographing small-medium sized events, charity events, dance portraiture and food photography published in newspapers such as the JC. Ive worked with established photographers such as Charlie Kaufman and Elliot Jacobs in improving my work and establishing my brand.

I am the Financial Director and share holder of the successful start up Young Enterprise company - Anchored which strives to reduce waste and prevent spillages with a reusable mug with an airlock suction system preventing being knocked over. Offering corporate co-branding and an online retail marketplace. I manage the business financials, work with international manufactures in payments and corporate companies invoices.
