Duties & Responsibilities-​handles inquiries of end users on machine spare parts & consumables, safety supplies, spare parts repairs, utility & maintenance supplies and facility repairs and parts and metal fabrication requirements-​sourcing out for the inquired items and requests quotation to accredited suppliers both local and foreign. Quotations are then collected and a price comparison is to be done for multiple quotes and with significant value-​creates item codes and register it in the ERP system for approved quoted items and submits to end users for requisition creation-​checks and validates material requisitions before accepting and approval-​requests to suppliers possible discount extension before purchase order generation-​sends to supplier via email duly approved purchase orders-​records purchase order transactions and monitors delivery of suppliers until issuance to end user-​monitors receiving slip to payment processing of delivered items up to payment to suppliers-​closely monitors any pending payments to suppliers and reconcile on a semiannual basis-​handles supplier sourcing and selection process up to vendor accreditation-​ensures vendors permits and legal requirements are up to date-​conducts yearly site audit for suppliers focusing on concerns in health and safety that may affect in meeting the company's needs-​performs yearly evaluation of vendors to monitor their performance-​generates reports as requested by our head and present as needed-​handles HV scrap pull out and selling to accredited scrap buyer on a monthly basis-​conducts yearly bidding for scrap buyers and site audit-​handles pull out of reject finished products and monitor until shipping out to Korea head quarters-​handles chemical orders for production use and closely monitors delivery schedules-​handles requests of production consumable items

Duties & Responsibilities-​obtains new clients and maintains existing-​conducts sales call and presents to clients the capabilities of the company in providing not only the listed products but offers them the idea of customizing their own-​handles purchase orders and coordinates with production to meet delivery target-​manages dispatch of products up to delivery to client-​participates and managed company booth in exhibits like Asia Food Expo and World Food Expo from ingress to egress-​handles payment collections-​Other tasks performed; deposits cash and check collections and withdraw cash for payroll and helps in the procurement of raw materials for production use (includes casings, Nojax, Polyjax and fibrous)

Duties & Responsibilities-​sourced out suppliers to meet requirements of raw materials and consumables both for production and store operations (Nojax casing for hotdogs)-​responsible for establishing a wide variety of PE plastic used in production both operation & finished product packaging and PP plastic bags both printed & none printed for retail outlets-​handles issuance of materials requests from raw materials & spices to consumables for 2 production departments namely meat cutting & meat processing and from 12 retails stores up to a total of 50 outlets-​managed inventory and kept warehouse storage for all materials (packaging, spices & consumables)-​processed payments requests and submits to Finance for processing
