Picked new plots by random number generator and assigned new plots to visit and to ascertain changes in the land use patterns or forestry patterns such as logging, fire, blowdown, and to also revisit old plots to detect change such as tree growth, natural damage, logging and manmade operations or unlawful taking or damaging of trees.Transferred old plots from old photography and reassigned where needed on new current day photography through the use of a Bausch and Lomb zoom transferscope. Transfer was done when photos were superimposed over each other and pin prick was made by use of a teasing needle, drawing a circle and assigning new plot visit information on new assignment data sheets. Other transfer methods were accomplished through the use of 2X and 4X pocket stereoscopes and new /old forestry and land use determinations were made with these tools.
