Bachelor's in Computer Science from SJSU. AS A DEVELOPER- I know the concept of server / client architecture, and can learn how to communicate between these boundaries in your environment.- I respect security principles. I will validate any important client-sent information on the server, especially if it is used in a database query. I try to be aware of how clients can potentially interact with the server and database through my code, and control for potential damage. - I consider the CPU, bandwidth, and memory consumption of my code when I implement resource heavy features.- I know the basics of applying object oriented programming, and try to create modular code. - I've hosted my resume website / hobby projects / school projects on free AWS / Azure / GCP servers and databases, until the cessation or resource trimmings (databases aren't free) of those respective projects. - I never expect people to "just understand" a concept or my code and its design, no matter how basic it may seem to me.EXPERIENCES AS A HOBBY PROGRAMMER- Made a Discord bot in 2019. Then a MySQL version of the bot for user settings and usage logging, but did not release the MySQL version publicly because of hosting costs. - Got a community developer badge from Discord because the simple little bot got used by a bunch of servers.
