•Carried out the agency and surveying process for large property firm as part of the commercial team, specialising in the sale and leasing of industrial, retail and mixed-use development premises, with properties ranging from £250,000 to £3m. •Responsibilities included bringing on new instructions, negotiating and agreeing T&C’s, conducting property inspections, appraisals, and the design of marketing documents. Once marketed I managed the entire process from initial viewing, lease negotiation, preparation of required documents, creation of final head of terms, instructed solicitors and management of parties to completion, ensuring constant contact and that timelines were followed. Further to this, I would advise on landlord and tenant matters, using my knowledge of property law, and aid in red book valuations for upcoming rent reviews and property valuations. •Performed commercial acquisitions for a range of requirements across central and wider London. Duties included research into suitable sites and properties, creation of property reports and presenting each option to my client, to form a shortlist. Following this I arranged and attended site visits, advised on lease terms, managed internal and external stakeholders throughout negotiations, created and issued heads of terms along with needed plans, and documents, overseeing the process up to and after completion.
