Latin America

• Reporting to Global VP of International Operations.• Hired as employee #1 in the western world with the mandate for establishing the company footprint in Latin America, starting from Brazil and subsequently launching in Colombia and Mexico.• Responsible for building, launching and developing/managing the Business in Brazil, which included local manufacturing, sales and channel development, Marketing (strong focus on Digital), PR, legal, international logistics, ecommerce (third party, proprietary and marketplaces), customer care, distribution and product localization.• Hired and led a talented team of 30+ people with the right blend of mobile/tech and online retail experience.• Launched Brazil in June 2015, after ensuring the right infrastructure was in place to sustain a successful business. Executing on a highly dynamic, fast-paced and volatile environment, the operation became cash flow positive within 6 months, delivering a USD50MM online topline in Y1.• Through business alliances with distributors and telecom carriers, Colombia and Mexico were launched in Sep 2015.

Latin America (Brazil | Colombia | Mexico | Guatemala | Argentina)

• Dual report to CEO Brazil and Consulting Services VP in the US.• As the P&L owner of the company’s management consulting business in Brazil, was responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy and for scaling up the BU, acting both on Business Development and project delivery sides.• Delivered a CAGR of 70%+ (Year 2), becoming the fastest growing geography and generating ROI of 7x for its clients (Mainly Fortune 500 companies).• Key Business Transformation projects delivered include: determining Target Operating Model for the supplier park of a Global Auto company in Brazil, Shared Service Center Optimization for a major Media Group and Trade Promotion Management deployment for a Global Beverage company.• Acted (part-time) as the Master Black Belt for the local BPO operations in Brazil (150 FTEs).

• Responsible for designing, launching and managing the first Process Excellence Program in the Healthcare industry in Latin America, delivering a ROI of 13x at the end of Y2.• Over 150 projects delivered, 8500+ hours of process improvement training and over 100 people certified.• Won “2009 Best Process Excellence Program” award issued by IQPC running against 100+ programs from different industry segments.

Brazil | Argentina | Mexico

• Key contributor to the team that designed and launched the process excellence program in South America.• Disseminated continuous improvement culture at all levels of the organization, generating an aggregated cost saving of approximately USD2MM in Y1.• Key delivered projects include: Past Due and DSO reduction, procurement cycle time reduction and sales process simplification.

Latin America (Brazil | Argentina | Mexico)

• Defined and managed process improvement strategy for Latin America, leading Six Sigma projects in all company areas, with business impact of approx. U$2.5MM in 2 years.• Key delivered projects with direct impact to the organic growth initiative for Latin America include: lost accounts recovery, reduction in new product introduction cycle time, sales force automation, CRM implementation (Sales Force) and deployment of NPS methodology (1st to implement in Brazil).• Trained and mentored over 200 employees as Six Sigma Green Belts for different GE businesses.

Latin America (Brazil | Argentina | Mexico)

• Led the turnaround of company’s electronic sales strategy for Latin America, aimed at generating internal productivity gains and customer satisfaction. The program resulted in a 5x increase on the active e-customer base, 95% decrease of customer erosion, thus generating a stunning increase on monthly online revenue (from U$1MM to U$6.2MM).• Won the CIO Award issued by GE Plastics to the most valuable IT professional for 3 years in a roll.• Won the 2004 Sales MVP award for outstanding contributions to the sales team.
