About Leo Marsh

I am an experienced project coordinator known for producing Lavender Menace since 2017, through which I delivered an ambitious programme of thirty accessible, intergenerational LGBTQ+ arts and social events, totalling 500 attendees. I secured and managed three funding grants, managed the programming and marketing, and cultivated a diverse, active volunteer base and many working partnerships.
