The main business of Balance & Moisture BU includes Advanced & Standard product portfolios of laboratory electronic balances (electromagnetic force weighing cell based), drying & loss-in-weight method halogen moisture analyzer, laboratory printer and other accessories, which is the core business representing the brand’s recognition. My mandate covers management of R&D design team, supply chain & manufacturing, domestic product marketing management and global technical marketing supporting. Also responsible for other functional departments’ coordination, communication to China sales & marketing team and global SBU (Strategic Business Unit).The main business of Loadcell BU includes products of local designed & manufactured electromagnetic force weighing sensor/cell. Mainly responsible for R&D team management, product & project management, supply chain and other functional department coordination, communication and product & project synergy between Swiss & Changzhou teams.

Mainly responsible for software team management, communication and coordination with domestic & foreign team and 3rd partners, global product’s software project management, requirements engineering, R&D develop and quality process improvement, PLM process implementation and promotion, etc. Since 2013, start the work for new business and product development of halogen moisture analyzer, taking the role of global project manager, leading the team building and capability enhancement for R&D competence center of balance and moisture analyzer.

Initially responsible for the design and testing of balance embedded software, also for the development and maintenance work of MES (Manufacturing & Execution System), software project management.

During the tenure, mainly responsible for the design, development and testing of embedded software for industrial washing machine controller.
