Guangdong Sunwin Group Co.ltd is one of the main solid wood manufacturer for inhouse furniture in China, with it's own brand Polocyte in China and export to US and European Market for more the 20 years. I worked in Sunwin as my first job from univercity for 11 years, which was a great periods of my life. I serviced in Sunwin for many positions over the years but mainly in two fields: One field was in sales and sales management for international market, we were market oriented and we worked very closely with our customers from market reseach, new products deveopment, production and take care of cusomer services etc. Other other field I worked in Sunwin was production managment for more than 2 years from 2013 to 2015. My role was Gerneral Manager of furniture manufacture division, I led many revolutions and changes with overal results was 15% increase of profit. It was not great achievement for 2 years, but for me as sales back ground person, I am quite satisfied for what I have make, and it was great experiences for acting different role.
