I cut my teeth in business as the Operations Manager for the fundraising branch of a charity. It was within this role that my passion for leadership first began. A variety of responsibilities ranging from acquisition of capital goods, creation of process, process improvement, on-boarding, creation of incentives, payroll, budgeting, marketing, it all stirred a passion for leadership.I have led in Charities, non-profits, retail, sales inbound and outbound), single location, local multi-location, area management (SK and MB) and operations. This diversity, has in part, made me who I am today.My track record is one of growth. Growth in revenue, physical footprint, in community standing.Thinking creatively, Brainstorming, listening and engaging, coaching others to success, creating opportunities, are ways I have realized success; Individually we know a little, collectively we know a lot!
