I am currently involved in a reclimation project to eliminate waste and help implement our plan to reach a 95% diversion rate of all waste streams, 15% reduction in water consumption and 10% reduction in GHG. Additionally, I own the Change Management System for our plant of 260 employees as well as oversee all ORA meetings for large capital projects (> 500k or major redesign). I am leading the CQV process for two new products being released in the fall of 2015. In the past year I have began to directly manage a team of seven operators and a team leader, whose responsibilities included reporting all production results, safety, and quality outages to a department scorecard. I implemented our new department standard when interacting with the equipment by relying on the additional safety interlocks instead of using the LO/TO process. -
