Hello, I'm Leo Brown, a dedicated professional currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation at Claremont Graduate University. I specialize in utilizing data analysis and research to drive positive outcomes in various organizational settings.As a Data Analyst and Research Assistant at the Claremont Evaluation Center, I've honed my skills in evaluating interventions and conducting meta-analyses of positive psychological interventions within the context of education. I've extensively used R-studio for data cleaning, analysis, report-writing, and visualization, and have conducted multiple forms of significance tests and effect size examinations.In my role as the Head of Behavioral Science Research for Atlas Intelligence, an AI-based wellness app, I've led the exploration of meta-analyses for high-quality interventions to be utilized in an app-based interface.
