Customer Experience Trainer
Current• Deliver and facilitate departmental and customer training as required at Worcester and other sites.• Liaise with department managers in relation to all training activities & progress.• Identify innovative methods for transfer and retention of knowledge to ensure employee engagement and learning.• Assess and evaluate staff competence in association with established methods.• Conduct evaluation and monitoring sessions; including providing feedback and coaching inorder to measure and improve performance, efficiency and customer service. • Maintain company training records.• Play a key role in the development of After Sales staff.
