As a director and researcher, I have dedicated my career to advancing the understanding and implementation of evidence-based practices in youth care/foster care. Further: as an educator, I have the privilege of helping to inspire and empower students to become agents of change in their communities. I am passionate about improving outcomes for children and families in the youth care system, and am always seeking new opportunities to collaborate and drive positive impact.
