 Create business strategy for short/long term planning; Financial strategy: self-financing for supporting business growth; Responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting through implementation of adequate controls, performance measurement and monitoring including annual profit planning and capital expenditure forecast, monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting and project tracking; Contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives by providing analyses and recommendations with respect to strategic or policy issues, pricing and investment decisions; Accountable for ensuring the achievement of optimum profitability by supporting the management of a broad portfolio of risk including interest rate, foreign exchange, liquidity, and investment-related risk; Implement cost saving project; Supply chain strategy: build up strategic partnership with supplier and obtain competitive price material and service. Support to build up business strategy and help sales to optimize customer structure; Support production to implement lean production through cost analysis; Help HR to building up staff ability matrix and prepare training plan for each department as well as organization change. Build up plan of IT investment comply with company business planning for next 5 years.

 Liquidity: prepare and monitor weekly cash forecast, narrow financing gap; Predictability: set up financing model to indicate the result when factors change; In charge of accounting and reporting to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the financial data; Leading and implementing cost saving project; Prepare annual budget and 3 months rolling forecast; Business controlling such as create pricing module to improve pricing processing; Lead internal control and risk management process. Implementation and maintenance of rigorous operational controls to comply with group policy and tax, accounting and Customs requirements; we improved scrap sales/OSP and purchasing process. Prepare comparison between actual result and budget, and work with BU senior management to identify issues and implement remediation plans; Deal with external and internal audit(E&Y, D&T); Lead finance function and make sure the entire finance and accounting function is properly organized, staffed, developed and motivated; Any other tasks as defined by GM and CFO.

 Prepare monthly package and submit to group timely and accurately. Establish financial accounting policies in compliance with Group Policies and local statutory regulations; Setting up and implementation of internal control system; Deal with external and internal audit; Prepare company budget and forecast;  Prepare the comparison between Budget and Actual YTD data on monthly basis, analyze the status of each cost center and in charge of “cost saving” project; Cost Analysis, Variance analysis (PPV, production variance, ect.) and other functional analysis assigned by management; Analyze manufacturing variances in order to provide accurate information to Management; Business controlling such as R&D project analysis. Monitor R&D expenditure so that make sure each expense spent for projects more effective and efficient; Calculate transfer pricing according to inter-company charge guideline; Department operation management;  SAP system maintenance; Any other tasks as defined by GM.

 Lead accounting team to complete routine job and make sure finance report can be delivered on time and accurately. Set up the standard cost and update current cost on monthly basis; Monitor the operating expenses and department expenditure to ensure that they are under control against Budget; Make the month end inventory reconciliation and ensure that the inventory record is reconciled with general ledger; Execute monthly costing closing and costing analysis, deliver costing reports package to Group;  Any other jobs as defined by manager from time to time.
