I have more than ten years' experience of working in Market Research. In my current role, I am responsible for the management of research projects: responding to a brief, method and sample design, questionnaire development, fieldwork, and presentation of results. Additionally, I work alongside our Account Management and Business Development teams to strengthen our relationship with existing clients, look for new client opportunities, and identify sub-sectors to help expand our knowledge and offering. I work on a wide range of methodologies including NPD, C-Sat, Ad testing/tracking, and syndicated surveys (several clients buying into a research project). Primarily, I work with Financial Services clients; projects I currently run in this area include: - Thought-leadership research for one of the UK's largest banking groups - Brand tracking/Creative testing for a fast-growing start-up - Syndicated research determining the UK's levels of indebtedness - Assessing the impact of financial advice on UK consumers for one of the leading financial advice organisationsI have extensive experience of working with Public bodies, Technology & Media, and FMCG clients. Within this role, I have also had the opportunity to manage projects using analytical techniques including Conjoint, Max Diff and KDA.
