Involved in direct negotiation with suppliers, carrying out the quotation process and seeking the best price conditions, payment methods and delivery time.Main responsibilities:• Makes direct and indirect purchases, hires services, organizes internal purchase requests,• Research new suppliers of products and services through price collection, aiming to identify the best purchasing opportunities;• Negotiates with suppliers, aiming to close purchases within the best price conditions, quality and delivery time;• Generates purchase orders and forwards them to suppliers, monitoring the delivery process and final fulfillment of all negotiated conditions;• Registers new suppliers for inquiries and quotes, as needed;• Registration and consultation of materials in inventory management systems through the Nomus ERP system;• Keeps stock levels updated through the Nomus ERP computerized system, according to information from the warehouse, aiming at issuing purchase requisitions to supply the production flow according to the production schedule or control of returns;• Controls the flow of materials and indicators through Google Spreadsheets (internal control).

Responsible for assembling aircraft structures involving electrical systems, electronic equipment, hydraulic systems, installing flight control, fuel, oxygen and pneumatic piping, system testing, engines and components. Application of methodologies such as 5s, PDCA, Poka Yoke, TPM. Use of SAP, Andon and FOE Program.Main responsibilities:• Performs the reading of technical documentation, through the interpretation of drawings of each project to be developed;• Systematically consults all technical documentation before, during and after the execution of the service;• Comply with safety standards in operational test situations, aiming at the commitment and safety of the people involved;• Assembles fixing brackets for command systems, joining all structures within the detailed technical scope of the task;• Assembles wing components and piping of the aircraft system;• Tests components installed in the motor propulsion system to verify the general conditions of the electronic equipment involved in the process;• Proposes improvements in the assembly and manufacturing processes, focusing on the continuous improvement of the area and seeking to meet the specific needs of each client;• Constantly participates in professional updating training offered by the unit's career program;• Communicates discrepancies in the technical characteristics of the components, always seeking to optimize the flow of information for possible revisions, if necessary;• Participates in actions defined by CIPA and the safety commission.

Responsible for assisting in programming the operation of the parts machining and mold manufacturing center, as well as control panel controls and parts finishing. Analysis and interpretation of production orders, projects and technical drawings, identifying tools and necessary adjustments of measures.Main responsibilities:• Analyze technical manual, tables, specific data, standards and technical calculations;• Registration of the batch of parts;• Check the validity of instrument calibration, regular machine, identify maintenance needs before executing the machining process;• Control the quality of the machined part, according to the established standard;• Solve problems quickly;• Accompanies the development of new tools;• Sharpens cutting tools in order to prepare machines and plan the sequence of operations;• Responsible for operating a drill, automatic saw, automatic turret lathe and Autodesk inventor;• Extensive knowledge in measuring devices (caliper, micrometer) reading and interpretation of drawings.
