Contractor for ComEd, work in Infrastructure Monitoring Center, Monitor critical network connected servers and devices/sites, Respond to all alerts from minor to major. Monitor data/phone circuits. Report down or non responsive circuit problems to supported vendor. Determine root cause and course of action, Follow issues through its resolution, Add and/or remove servers/devices to monitoring tool. Work with IBM mainframe and production scheduling.Provide additional support as required.
